The Law Office of Sergio A. Mr. Gutierrez is the founder of the Law Offices of Sergio A. Gutierrrez.  Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles with majors in both Economics and Political Science.  Mr. Gutierrez obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.  He is admitted to practice before all California courts and numerous federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.

Mr. Gutierrez has extensive civil litigation experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters, with a focus on employment, serious personal injury and business disputes.  His practice has successfully litigated personal injury, employment and business related matters, which have resulted in substantial settlements or judgments.

He is or has been a member of a multitude of professional organizations, including the State Bar of California, California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, the American Bar Association and various other organizations.

Mr. Gutierrez is also proficient in Spanish.  He resides in Orange County with his wife and four children.
